Refund/Replacement Policy/No Further Liability
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, it will be replaced or exchanged for a product of the same value, or the total amount will be refunded, providing the goods are returned within 28 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Except to the limited extent set out in the preceding paragraph, we do not accept liability for any claim, action, demand, suit, loss, legal fee or other cost or expense of any kind whether directly or indirectly arising from any defect in any product supplied by us to you or any delay or failure on our part to supply any products ordered by you.

Pricing
RETAIL prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
WHOLESALE prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change any advertised prices. These changes, however, will not affect any order that is submitted before the price changes are made.
Payments
RETAIL we accept Pay Pal, Internet Banking or Cheque. Full payment must be received before the goods are despatched.
WHOLESALE we accept Pay Pal, Internet Banking or Cheques. Payment for on account orders are due by the 30th of the month following the order. A 5% prompt payment disount is available for payments made within 7 days of delivery.
Right to Refuse
In the interests of reducing fraudulent use of the payment system we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order sent to us.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped within 7 days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email. If your order is urgent please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
International Orders
Our shipping charges cover the cost of transporting the goods to your delivery address but do not include any duties or taxes charged by Customs. Nor do our product prices include any export fees, duties, tariffs or other charges that may be associated with exporting the goods.
Unable to Deliver
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil delivery requirements, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to provide an alternative forwarding address for your goods or to cancel your order and have your money refunded in full minus any additional freight costs incurred.
No responsibility can be taken for incorrect address details provided by you and shall remain the customer’s responsibility.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled or there will be a delay in supply you will be notified immediately by email immediately. You will be given the option of waiting for supply, choosing an alternative or obtaining a full refund.
